1. All purchases will be sent using Australia Post Parcel Post that includes a flat rate post Austalia wide except where marked as standard post. Standard Post does not include tracking number.
2. All purchases will be posted within 48 hours upon receipt of payment.
3. Once the item is posted, we will notify you with the Australia Post tracking number.
4. You can track the progress of your delivery at www.auspost.com.au/track
5. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be transferred to the nearest Australian Post branch to await collection.
6. If there are any problems with delivery please contact us.

REFUNDED RETURNS
PREVENT A FLAT MYO is pleased to provide PayPal's Refunded Return Shipping.
PayPal’s Refunded Returns service lets you claim a refund on your return shipping costs if you need to return your item to us.
Once you activate the service, you can enjoy up to 8 refunds every 12 months, to the value of $45 each. Refer to PayPal's general conditions of use on their website and PREVENT A FLAT MYO's policy below.
To be eligible, customers must activate the service at www.paypal.com.au/returns and complete the entire purchase of the item using their PayPal account.
PREVENT A FLAT MYO's RETURNS POLICY
To be eligable for a return of your item:
Make contact with us within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase to request a refund.
Provide details of the reason for your return request.
Purchased item must be unused and contain all items including packaging.
When you buy PREVENT A FLAT MYO from the website your tax invoice will include your unique customer code. Refer a new customer to PREVENT A FLAT MYO in the next 45 days and you will receive 20% of their purchase, when purchased from the PREVENT A FLAT website, as a refund from us, as a thankyou from us
