PREVENT A FLAT MYO
The mixing process of PREVENT A FLAT MYO is very simple and takes less than 10 minutes to manufacture your own PREVENT A FLAT MYO Tyre Sealant.
Mixing bucket with lid for storage
Stirrer for mixing and funnel to help fill the bottle
Hot Tap Water equal to the amount of Prevent A Flat MYO you are making
Red Type A Ready to Use OAT Based Radiator Coolant/Antifreeze 50% concentration.
200ml for MYO2
500ml for MYO5
1 Litre for MYO10
2 Litres for MYO20
For Example
Nulon Red Long Life Coolant Pre-Mix in 1 or 5 Litres
Prevent A Flat MYO Complete includes all ingrediants need and DOES NOT need the sperate purchase of coolant
Important – Once the fibre sachet has been added to your mix it must be stirred until combined and then for 30 seconds a minute for 5 minutes.
Important – Hot Tap water must be used

1. Open the Applicator Bottle containing the Prevent A Flat MYO Liquid and ADD your Hot Tap Water to the fill line, replace cap and shake, then pour into your mixing bucket.
2. Add a further 8 Applicator Bottles to the fill line of Hot Tap Water to your mixing bucket
3. Add ONE Applicator Bottle to the fill line of your Red Long Life Antifreeze to your mixing bucket
4. Stir to combine all the ingredients.
5. Open your Prevent A Flat MYO Fibre Bag and add to your mixing bucket. Be careful not to spill any of the fibres as these have been specially treated.
6. Immediately stir the mixture until all the fibres have been combined into the mixture,
7. Continue to stir for 30 seconds a minute for 5 minutes.
Allow the mixture to completely cool before using.
Re stir each time before adding to your Applicator Bottle.
Fill your Applicator Bottle with Prevent A Flat MYO and apply to your tyres.

Hot Tap Water Red Antifreeze
MYO2 1720ml 200ml
MYO5 4300ml 500ml
MYO10 8600ml 1 Litre

1. Open the Applicator Bottle containing the Prevent A Flat MYO Liquid and ADD your Hot Tap Water to the fill line, replace cap and shake, then pour into your mixing bucket.
2. Add a further 9 Applicator Bottles to the fill line of Hot Tap Water to your mixing bucket
3. Stir to combine all the ingredients.
4. Open your Prevent A Flat MYO Fibre Bag and add to your mixing bucket. Be careful not to spill any of the fibres as these have been specially treated.
5. Immediately stir the mixture until all the fibres have been combined into the mixture,
6. Continue to stir for 30 seconds a minute for 5 minutes.
